CBC Lazar & Associates is owned and operated by Rick Lazar. Rick started his career in real estate in 1976 and has been a broker specializing in commercial/industrial sales & leasing and land investments since 1979. He opened Lazar Realty Company, Inc. in San Bernardino, CA in 1981. In 1996, Lazar Realty Company, Inc. name changed to Lazar & Lauer Commercial Real Estate. The Company expanded in order to better serve their client's needs as interest in land and commercial real estate in Southern California grew. In 2007 Lazar established the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise known as Coldwell Banker Commercial Lazar & Associates. In addition to commercial/industrial property sales, leasing and management, Rick has had a great deal if experience in the total process of land acquisition and development, ranging from the acquisition of raw land to the development & sale of master planned projects. CBC Lazar & Associates continues to operate as an experienced and knowledgeable presence in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Inland Empire. Rick stays involved in the local community by volunteering his time as a board director for the San Bernardino Area Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of the City of San Bernardino City Manager's Business Advisory Council. Rick attended Cal State University of Fullerton and San Diego State. Rick and his wife Jane reside in Redlands. They have three children and one grandchild.

SPENCER HULL is an Eagle Scout and an honors graduate of Brigham Young University in Idaho, with a B.A. in Economics. He began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Lazar & Associates in May of 2005. In 2007 and 2008 he received the Bronze Circle of Distinction Award and in 2011 the Silver Circle of Distinction Award at the Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference. In 2008, Spencer was promoted to Vice President at Coldwell Banker Commercial Lazar & Associates. In 2009 and 2011 Spencer was named the “Top Producer” at Lazar & Associates. Spencer has represented such clients as IEHP, Granum Partners, Loma Linda University, San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, ESRI, County of San Bernardino and many more. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Inland Empire Entrepreneur chapter of BNI. He also serves in his community as the Assistant Scout Master to Troop 95.
KENT HELLER began his career in commercial real estate after graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Law and Society in 2005. He worked for Valeo Companies, a full-service real estate firm in Lake Forest, California, where he provided support in real estate development, construction, acquisitions and asset management for an assortment of condominium, multi-family and mixed-use projects. He was also involved in the financial analysis of commercial real estate transactions ranging in value from $15 to $70 Million. While working at that firm, he completed a certificate program for Light Construction and Development Management at the University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining CBC Lazar & Associates in October 2011, he gained invaluable knowledge of the local commercial real estate trends as a landlord’s representative for office and warehouse properties in the Inland Empire East submarket.
